Total Furnishing Apollo Beds Ortho Damask Single 3ft Divan bed with Two Side Draws and Orthopaedic

So, I've given this rating 3 stars for two reasons. Upon ordering I got a message, from the bed company, stating that in no way we're the delivery service affiliated with them & that I would receive a separate message to advise of delivery.Delivery day were prompt, but the driver were on his own and upon knocking asked for help to get the bed off the van. Now I'm disabled, so it were Shere luck my teenage daughters were home. They followed him out and the driver got them to take the base of the bed, which literally weighed a ton due to the draws, off the van and haul it in doors. My daughter dropped the base mid flow and hurt her hand due to the weight. The driver then dumped the mattress by the gate and sodded off. No apology, no nothing. To say I were disgusted is an understatement. No wonder the bed company made their voice known.Anyway, the mattress is not orthopaedic, nor firm. I weigh 9 stone and when you sit on the mattress it bends and sinks severely, I can't see this lasting long at all.On a positive note the fabric and draws are nice. I do like the added space to store bedding.

Great value for the price, very firm mattress, was described as orphapeadic, so as described, found it to be lower than anticipated but my own fault didn't check any dimensions. Would recommend. Had problems with delivery though. When ordered stated a different, earlier! day after payment made. Caused me great problems as I was out of the country. Was delivered to a neighbour which I hadn't instructed! caused my elderly infirm neighbour a great deal of stress. So would recommend buying this bed as good value but make sure you are ok for variable delivery.

vERY SATISFIED WITH THE COST AND DELIVERY TIME aLSO THE QUALITY tHE DELIVERY MAN PHONED AND ARRIVED WITHIN 3 MINUTES OF HIS ESTIMAYED TIME. WELL DONEMY UNLY COMLAINT BEING THAT IT IS SHOWN IN THE PICTURE WITH A METAL HEADBOARD. THE ONLY ONE IN YOUR DISPLAY. AS I AM DISABLED I RELY ON HOLDING ON TO THIS TO GET OUT OF BED. YOUR DISCRIPTION DOES NOT SAY ANYTJING ABOUT THE HEADBOARD NOT BEING SUPPLIED. THAT IS WHY I CHOOSE THIS ONE. COULD I HAVE YOUR RESPONSE PLEASE. AS THIS WILL CREATE ME WITH A PROBLEM. The bed is exactly what I expected but the delivery was just one driver who needed my husbands help to get the bed upstairs. It was not a problem in our case but there must be other buyers who would not be able to assist. The driver was very apologetic and we certainly didn't feel it was his fault

Very pleased with these beds, not great quality but for the price I didn't expect anything else. One of the drawers was broken when unpacked, but the supplier had no hesitation in replacing...impressed with the service. Well done.

Nice comfortable bed, materace medium soft, good. Drawers good and big. The only minus is that material around the bed and drawers is to tin.

One draw broken . However, rather than exchange have put a bracket on !!!!!

Draw divan with both draws on one side not as described or shown in the picture. Quality not brilliant cheaply made. you get what you pay for.
