This is a really great idea for people who need to fill out at least a week's pills at a time. It has good points and some that need improvement, but it works and with some fiddling can work well.The idea is based on the pharmacist's counting tray. Its application to sorting multiple pills into daily bins in a weekly pill keeper is like a paper clip - obvious once you see it but brilliant in its invention. It has simplified a weekly chore for me.But there are some niggles that need attention. First, the pill cases don't fit well in the tray without fiddling with them. Even then, it's necessary to push the pills up over a little bump to get them into the slot. Your finger is better for that than the supplied spatula (which I find worthless). But there's help for that process - there are guides so pills don't go into the wrong slot.The pill keepers themselves are probably curved to make an only-fits-one-way drop-in, but I think it doesn't need to be so pronounced. The pill keepers take up more room than necessary. They should also be deeper, as other reviewers have noted. That could help with the bump issue.The pill keepers themselves snap shut securely, and have a curved bottom to help you get them all out. You'll appreciate that if you've ever had not quite all your pills come out of your keeper and you have to do a second gulp.I'd give it a 5 were it not for those issue. It certainly saves time and is easer than loading multiple meds into pill keepers manually.

This product has two related parts. First is the tray. It is very basic and relatively small. The edges are not raised high enough to where you can be confident that pills will not go over the edge. For those looking for a pill counter, this is likely to be an issue, especially for those with unsteady or shaky hands. In addition, the organizers do not fit into the tray well enough to just slide small pills easily into them. Still, the pouring spout on the bottom-right hand corner does allow a person some additional ease in sliding the pills directly into a bottle (although again if you have unsteady hands there are better products available for this).However, the included pill organizers themselves are surprisingly of above-average quality compared to many organizers you find at popular drug stores, which is why I give the overall product 3 stars. Once closed, the caps stay tight (preventing spills that were a common occurrence for the person for whom this was purchased). They are also semi-transparent which allows you to see what is inside before opening then, which may be of particular use for those who have issues remembering if they have taken certain pills.As such, if you are in the market primarily for organizers, and the tray is more of a bonus, then I would indeed recommend this product. If the iverse is true, and you require a high quality pill counting tray, I would not.

I purchased this to count Beads when I sell them. I can see how some reviews would say this is not good for pill counting. The sides are low and the pill boxes are not big enough for bigger pills. Especially elders who might have an issue with their steadiness. However this is not why I purchased it so I don't have a gripe. I did order this one for my daily vitamins but again not big enough for my pills.

These are great if you only take one or two pills, but not for those of use who take more vitamins than that. I ended up using one week for my 4 year olds probiotic in the fridge so he can take it himself and another week for my 9 year olds gummy vitamins so he can keep track if he took them or not. I just have the other 2 weeks and the platform and spatula put away.

This is pretty and colorful, but if you have lots of medication or even large pills, this is not useful. The slots are too small to hold larger pills. The tray is really too small to count medicine if you use it for this function. If you are looking for something to sort your medicine for the month and a smaller amount, this is ideal for you. But if that is the case, I believe you are better off counting by hand. I'm having to order a different counter for what I need.

Pill containers are a very small, and if you have coordination issues, this might not be for you. But it is a nice idea. Would be great if we didn't take so many herbal supplements.

I didn't realize the actual size of it (large, not small and sleek) . But, it works.

the tray is not very practical. The blues are similar in color and easy to mix up.the size make it impractical to carry with me.
