I use this product every morning during my workouts, my ab section sweats a lot more! How awesome is burning more calories with the same workout I’ve been doing? Its been about 12 days of daily use, I hand wash this product but I believe you can machine wash it? Unsure on that part. I have a 34 waist and the medium fits perfectly fine without every slipping during the workout. It’s very comfortable, trust me I left it on a few hours to test it’s comfortability. I’d recommend this product for anyone trying to burn a bit more calories during their workout.

Breceived about 4 days ago, and being I used this twice and it is already ripping, I would have to say this is of exceptionally low quality. I am surprised I am not seeing this mentioned in other reviews. Complete waste of money, avoid

Love it. The Grid design surface on the inside prevent slipping during activity. Velcro strap secures the belt in place very well. Sauna effect is an extra bonus to sweat away the inches fast. Smart design. Thank you

Whew, this really increases the burn during cardio and ab workout! It also provides good support during my weight training workouts. I'm looking forward to continue using this either directly on my skin or on top of my shirt and see which works best.

This works great for me! I use this mostly during my cardio to sweat out more in the belly area. This stays in place the whole time too!

Nice fit. Wraps all the way around the waist and has a secure velcro closure. Not too thick or thin. Good support.

Gives me great lower back support when I am working out. Would recommend.

Finally, a waist trimmer that I am not allergic too. Recommended sizes are to the T. Hand washable and easy to maintain. I am so excited about having this product I am buying one for my Sister. Mine is so much better than the one she has.
