Ok but different
One day in and so far so good , finger pricking gives a slightly different result but they are not far off ,, just being able to see the ebb and flow allows me to intake water when required etc , watch what eat etc etc the 3 minute refresh rate you need to get used too after libre 2 one minute , but at £30 cheaper i can live eith it tbh, not worn one on belly before always arm , its ok

First time user. Both devices failed within 5 days of use. Never again.
Utterly useless. I purchased 2. The first one failed after 4 days. When I started using it I checked it's accuracy against my (Sinocare) finger prick tester. The CGM showed 13.3 finger test 8.4. After 4 days it started continuously reporting extremely low readings. 3.2, finger test 5.8. Readings down to 2.2 when I know that it was ridiculous. I've now ended the first, 9 days early. Fitted the new one, following the instructions to the letter. But the app cannot find the device, even though my phone is within 6 meters, more like 60cm.I WILL NEVER BUY THESE DEVICES AGAIN. Two failed within 5 days of use and absolutely no response from Sinocare after emailing and messaging on X. Once bitten, twice shy.UPDATE: The second device finally picked up after 10-12 hours. But like the first, after 4 days it started reporting extremely low blood sugar. Check with finger prick test and it was way out. I then purchased Libre 2 sensors. So with both running the iCan device was much lower than the Libre 2. Example, Libre 2 5.6mmol/L, iCan 2.1 mmol/L. That is useless in my opinion. I have just done a finger prick test 8.1. Libre 2 9.0. iCan 4.0. How can it be 5 lower. It is wildly inaccurate. Totally unimpressive.

Sinocare Ican CGM
Easy to use and it seems accurate. I was in pre-diabetic range but am now able to know how different foods affect my blood glucose. I am no longer out of normal range.

Great after care service
Worked well for the first few days, then started receiving low reading alerts, after double checking with finger prick test thought it may pass. But after going off all night keeping me awake I again compared it with finger test proving the readings were much lower than actual. Contacted customer support and removed it. Praise where it’s due they replaced it without fuss.

Avoid this product
The device consists of two parts: a sensor and a transmitter. The first step is to connect the sensor to the transmitter by clicking their housings together.I encountered issues with the first device I purchased, as these two parts would not connect; however, Amazon promptly replaced it. With the second device, the two pieces connected, but the housing would not detach after it was applied to my skin. Amazon replaced this device as well. The third device successfully clicked together and attached to my skin correctly. Unfortunately, the accompanying software would not run on my Pixel 9. I managed to get the software running on my Galaxy tablet, but the readings were significantly different from those of my blood test meter, even when accounting for the expected reading lag.On the third day, the software indicated a sensor error and instructed me to contact support. However, clicking the 'support' button displayed a message stating that support is not available in my area. Consequently, I discarded the device.

Great CGM for the price.
First time using a CGM and bought this for the prime offer. I have to say I was impressed. I don’t have diabetes but was using it to monitor what makes my glucose spike. I never had an issue with it at all and it worked perfect for 14 days. If in general they weren’t so expensive I would re purchase as these are an excellent way to monitor rather than using the finger pricks. Having said that I’m probably going to order another one for when I want to practise fasting to keep an eye on it. Would recommend.

Do Disappointing
Type 2 Diabetic.Had a severe illness over last 2 weeks and unable to eat.I dipped in and out of hyperglycaemia and severe hypers quite a few times, docs were skeptic and so decided to buy one of these to show them I wasn't lying.First day after calibration, (I checked 3 or 4 times against finger prick test) worked brilliantly.Had it positioned on my arm.Went to bed, woke up and still all good.I set the warning threshold a little higher so I could take action before I dipped low.Around 11am on second day it started alarming every few minutes and on checking, I had dipped to 2.1.Then it went LOW (unregisterable).Since then it has remained at low, although spraodially goes back up, only to return to low almost immediately.I acted on the first two or three warnings and grabbed a glucose tab (still unable to eat) or a quick shot of lucozade sport.4th warning, I decided to do finger prick and I was well into 18mmol.I rechecked it against the finger prick test and it was sonout it wasn't worth wearing.Contacted customer service on pc (it doesn't work in the app) and still waiting on reply.£50 to monitor my levels for one day.I was so hopeful for this to work as I was planning on buying one every two weeks as it's easier to manage my levels than by remembering what I have or haven't eaten or drank.
