Unique idea - good for the price.
This decoration is a wonderful idea! We have a big family and we were looking for a gift that we could customize for Christmas gifts - this unfinished decoration is perfect for that! All of the pieces are separate, and everything must be put together in your desired format. The wood is very thin and has a "grain" to it, so you either have to coat the wood with paint or stain, or else a marker would bleed with the grain. Abbreviations for each month of the year are stamped on the plaque, but some of the letters are smeared. I have shown the product next to a can, to show the approximate size. Overall, this is great to start your own customized perfect, but the quality isn't the best. It is a good value for the cost. I recommend this product. Please mark if you find my review helpful. Just what I wanted.
Been wanting a birthday hanging ever since I first saw one, but never found a design or theme I liked. Enter the blank slate! I can customize it any way just want. Yes it's a thin board and would break easily if bent, but it's going to be hanging on the wall and I don't see how it would ever get damaged just hanging out lol. I went to craft stores and priced out the cost of making this myself and there's no way I could justify spending $50+ going that route. Also, I did receive all 50 pieces of wood discs and all 50 rings. I've seen where others aren't getting all of those, but I did.

Overall very happy!
Purchased this kit to make a gift for my Mother in Law. Overall pretty happy with how it turned out. The wood was easy to stain and came with plenty of extra discs and jump rings. My only complaint/critique is that I really wish there were either no holes at the top or that the holes were small round holes like the ones across the bottom. The heart cut outs at the top cheapen the look to me. If there was another kit without the heart holes I would have purchased that over this one but this was the only kit I found. Other than that no complaints. I think my mother in law will love it!

Thin but cute!
Very cute. I whitewashed the board and it looks great. It is thin, but it doesn’t need to hold much weight so it works fine. The grain of the wood on the circles is vertical. a which means most markers and paint pens bleed. That’s the only downfall. If I had painted the circles, I believe there would not have been issues with writing a top the coat of paint

Great do it yourself project
Wood is sturdy. It didn't love heat however would have been great with vinyl (with or without top coat). Great do it yourself project.

Great project kit!
Great product for the price. I bought this to use with my cricut to make a Christmas present and although it was more work than I planned it was a huge hit and everyone loved it plus it was very budget friendly. Would definitely but again.

Good for what I wanted it for
I purchased 3 of these birthday memorandum calendars to make for Christmas gifts. They aren’t real thick but I read the description and knew what I was getting. They painted and stained well. I am happy with the purchase

Definitely should have read better.Came a little smaller than I expected and cheap looking. Was going to be a gift to my mother but I have decided to gift something else.
