Regal RC-57 Metal Body Tricone Resophonic Guitar - Nickel-Plated Brass

Love it, simply love it. I had the bridge and nut brought down to a more finger-picking-friendly string height, this guitar having arrived with an action more suited for slide playing. I play slide, but I prefer a lower setup. This adjustment cost me $40, and I now have a fantastic resonator guitar.If you can, don't buy a cheapo resonator. This guitar was up over $700, but I feel it's a real value. The neck is great, and the tri-cone sound is rich and complex. Great for slide; beautiful, ringing tones when fingerpicking; even sounds nice with a thin pick.Highly recommended.

Wowie! This one is a beauty! It arrived packed safely in a styrofoam vault and was in tune too. This is Regal Guitars flagship model with engraving on top, back and sides. Done nicely to resemble National TriCone Style 1 model from the 1920's. I Love It and appreciated the quick delivery time and the SOUND!!! It is amazing and I will cherish this instrument for a very long time!
