Affordable Fun for Hours!
The media could not be loaded. Great gift for my son who loves boxing. It’s simple to setup. It takes lots of practice and good hand-eye coordination. The ball should sit at your belly button when looking forward. Save any excess string as it does stretch over time. When the current one stretches, simply cut it shorter and re-tie it. ENJOY!

Fun and useful
I bought this as a fun gift for my nephew, but tried it out myself this past weekend. Apparently I have some improvements to make, and need to get in better shape so I don't tire out so quickly.Overall I do like the reflex ball and would recommend it for hand-eye coordination improvement. When I was a kid I would practice taking swings with a baseball bat at sunflower seeds; that required a second person, though. This may be much better since you can do it without additional help.

It's made well!
The product is very fun and useful and is well made. I recommend making the string shorter than your arms length for the best results. Great product, no regrets. I wouldn't mind burning through a few of these a year.
