Works perfectly
Works perfectly.Just one thing if you do not know how to do proper wiring and terminations do not attempt this. It is not as simple as plug and play you have to know what and how you are wiring up on this. Also, RTFB (read the FULL booklet). With that said this thing works like a charm. Had to turn the bass way down because it was too boomy but that is a non issue. When you hook this up make sure both gains are all the way down on the item. Be in a spot where your neighbors wont complain and set your head unit up with at a decent volume and then adjust the mid/high gain first till you are satisfied. Then every so slowly turn up the bass gain - you will not need much to have it nice and punchy and not distorted. My only grip was that I wish it didnt coast $100 but over all it is worth every penny.

Works perfect! Easy set up
I read mixed reviews about this product and was worried I would be wasting my time and $100. Hook up was easy and it works like a champ! I used it with a Sony head unit and all the wires mated exactly with the colors on this unit. Some people say their head unit now says “my eclipse” when they power on?! Uh...nope. Definitely a recommend from me!

Great with some exceptions.
This does the job, but it picks up static. Not much you can do about that when you have to get an after market piece.

Perfect fit for my 2007 Mitsubishi Eclipse GT w/Rockford Fosgate Factory System
I used this to install a Pioneer AVH-X390BS double DIN touch screen in my 2007 Mitsubishi Eclipse GT. The car has a factory Rockford Fosgate premium amplified stereo with SUB in rear. The color codes on the new stereo lined up perfectly with the color coded wires of the MITO-01. I just made the connections in my house, and just plugged it in and installed it in my car, and it worked perfect right away. It also eliminates an error on the LCD display when the factory radio is removed. It reads "My Mitsubishi". No need to cut and splice any wires in the car. I highly recommend this adapter.

good product... bad advertising
this kit COMES with the stereo wiring harness, but they sell it as a kit and/or a kit with included stereo wiring harness for extra money. yes, the images DO show the kit with the included wiring harness, but how many times have we seen that as just a advertisement feature, but then when it arrives we need to wait extra time having to order a wiring harness ?they need to remove that as an option, now I have 2 extra wiring harness that Ill never use and can't really sell.waste of time, money and product.

Works well and worth the cost
This product worked as advertised. I was able install a new Clarion Bluetooth receiver and keep the factory amp. No need for a rewire job. The car's communication display says "My Eclipse" and not "E-com", which you will get without this device. The two adjustments for sub-woofer and door panel speakers makes easy work of balancing your new head unit. If all you want is a head unit upgrade, then this will save you way more in time and work than its cost.

Blood, Sweat, and Wire Cutters.
After messing around with this harness for two days I was able to get it to work. The instructions aren't the best but I've seen much worse. I had hooked everything up correctly but wasn't getting my amp to turn on. After calling tech support I had to connect my REM wire to my 12 volt accessory wires. If I'm paying $100 I really shouldn't have to switch up wiring to get this thing to work. All in all I'm pleased that I'm able to keep my factory system. Should it cost $100 though? I think $50 would be a more reasonable price.

Great product but cheaply made.
Great product but cheaply made. Not for the novice to fit so be warned, you will need to know a little about wiring and understand the basics of car audio insertion.

Damn pricey but works
Annoyed that I had to get this overly priced product for my 08 eclipse with the rfg system. However, it did the job and instructions were easy.
