The item fast charges but doesn't support the Supercharging protocol of my honor magic V3, however Baseus customer support has been nothing short of exemplary. This alone makes Baseus a company well worth dealing with.Edit: I've discovered that the item does in fact support Super Charging. In a world that seems to be all about USB-C at both ends I was only using this type of cable and could only achieve fast charging.I bought a cheap 7A USB-A - USB-C cable from Amazon and after connecting to the USB-A port on the Blade I can confirm that Supercharging is now working

Plenty of juice to keep phone charged throughout the week. Power Loss over time is gradual, but more-than forgiving. USB input and output is ideal, and can take my phone to 60%< in an hour.I myself wouldn't think of replacing this unless I particularly needed extra juice.Highly recommended.

Update: 10/7/23Baseus got back to me and wanted to make amends, they listened to my concerns and made sure to track down the same batch's units to check for issues.They sent me a hand tested unit as compensation (pictured) and it's worked fine so far, makes a faint noise when charging instead of the first one's high pitched whine (barely can hear it next to your ear) and is more in line with the well-made power banks I've used from Belkin, PNY, etc.Pleased to say it's been stable over the last few days, will update this if anything changes but the customer support said they were happy to help if I had any issues.30/6/23:When I went to charge it, the case started swelling and making a high pitched noise. I was using a normal Apple charger so it was just charging at standard 5v, couldn't trust it's safety after that so I sent it back to Amazon.Disappointing since there isn't any decent fast chargers with the same specs at this price point.

It arrived and I put it to work since it was fully charged. Type C stopped charging several times. It is heavy as a brick. You can literally kill someone with it.Update: Baseus Customer service reached out and they offered a three options of their products for the inconvenience. They are very efficient with customer satisfaction. I used their products before and they were great.

Fast charging. In a small package. Keeps daughter's switch. Phone headphones running whilst driving. A bit slow charging, but it keeps thes product going over a weekend away and no teenagers moaning.

I bought this to power my Steam Deck and ROG Ally, which require 45W and 65W fast charging. Despite trying multiple cables and methods, the device never delivered more than 10W. It simply doesn’t work as advertised. To make matters worse, the included instructions didn’t even match the version of the product I received.The return process has been a nightmare. I was sent over six pages of confusing instructions, and after calling Amazon, the process was changed on the fly—making things even more unclear. I ended up printing around 10 labels, and when I took the package to the post office, they had no idea what to do with it.Now, over two weeks in, I’ve been told I’ll need to pay a hefty shipping fee just to return the item. Given how this has gone so far, I have little confidence I’ll actually get my money back. I’m close to giving up and just binning the device. Avoid this product—and seller—if you value your time, patience, and money.
