This stuff is amazing! I’m skeptical of a lot of dog products but with how good the reviews were I had to try it. My dog has horrible environmental allergies and starts licking and chewing his feet the second we get back inside. Even with wiping his paws off after being outside it wasn’t enough, I ordered this and it must be soothing because he instantly stops chewing after it’s on. My other dog had pretty rough feeling paw pads and he has a lot of the keratin build up, in ONE application his paw pads were smooth for DAYS. And it may be my imagination but it looks like some of that build up is dissolving too. Does it seem pricey for a small amount? Yes BUT I promise you a little goes a long way and I’ve put over a handful of applications on my dogs paws and I still have half the tin left. It is well worth the money and I won’t use anything else for their paws.

I run a rural animal rescue and I just don’t have time to write reviews! But one of our permanent residence is an almost 11 year-old French bulldog who has pretty miraculously survived with lymphoma now for four years. I don’t think that’s related to the hyperkeratosis that showed up on her paws a while back, but I can’t be sure. Anyway, Her paw pads were getting painful. They were so hard. The edges were covered in what look like little pebbles, and they were as hard as rocks. After using paw soother for a few weeks now her pads are back to being pink. The pebbles are much smaller and fewer. She is walking better. I am very pleasantly surprised. I wasn’t convinced this was going to make much of a difference, but after reading the reviews, people said it actually did and it does!I didn’t realize I hadn’t submitted this review when I wrote it a couple weeks ago or maybe a month ago. Anyway, when I read the initial reviews of the product, there was one woman who claimed that the little pebble like growths on her dogs feet had simply fallen off with the use of this salve. When I read that I thought oh yeah sure they did. Well, tonight when I went to apply the salve to my dog paws, I was surprised at how smooth they were! And with very little resistance, some of the few remaining little pebble growths fell off. I’m amazed.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:It’s good stuff! Smells good and doesn’t harm. Only negative would be that your dog will try and lick it off. Kinda greasy so it might get on your floors.

This is the absolute best product! Easy to apply, store, and even carry for travel if needed. Love the ingredients are natural, too. Highly recommend and will definitely purchase again. For reference, we have rat terriers. No icky smell that they don’t like either!!

Wanted to love this but it was not that effective for my pup. This has nothing to do with the quality of the product but instead that my pup just licks it off as soon as you put it on so there is no longevity when it only sits on his paws for a short time making it not the best value for money. Now if your dog is not a brat like mine and has self control then maybe it would offer comfort to your dog. I will also say that in the short amount of time that he did leave it on I did not see any skin irritation.

It does work wonders I must admit, I live in Nevada and we all know it gets super hot here. So my dogs were going through it, but now they practically feel like new paws.

Made his paws really soft, very easy to use as it is just a push up lever very functional. I like that is is sticky but make use your dogs paws are clean so it doesn’t track mud everywhere. Overall I like to keep my dogs paws beans soft so good longevity health.

This stuff works really well. My dogs paws and nose were starting to flake due to an allergic reaction and this stuff healed it instantly. It needs to be used daily but it works amazing.
