A good spreader, not great as a knife
This is a nice knife, attractive and appearing well made. It's works well as a spreader for butter, jams, etc. Although it seems fairly sharp, it's not great for cutting bread, slicing apart bagels, etc. A serrated edge would improve those functions. Thus it's a fairly expensive spreader, but not terribly versatile.
