Update: works perfectly with an iPhone 10.
Camera works very reliably with an iPhone 10. No issues with the lightning connector, and I can leave the Apple Leather cover on the phone when using it. The software now has a count down feature (audible), so this little 3D photo/video taker is still the very best and most convenient unit out there, at least for iPhone users. Top Rating!It will only clip onto a "naked" iPhone 6, so I have to remove the bumper that normally protects it, BUT the real issue is the fact that even when clipped fully onto my phone, the Lightning Connector is only intermittent, and often has to be disconnected/reconnected for the phone to recognize that it is there. Mechanical Engineering Issue. Software Issue: There should be some way to have the camera "count down" for 5 seconds or so, in order to mount the camera (and phone) on a tripod and have a picture taken after some small delay so someone doesn't have to have their THUMB mashed against the screen to initiate a photo. Picture quality is very good (aside from the mangled hand at the bottom of each photo).

super easy to use
super easy to use.quality is what you'd expect.livestreaming is spotty.regular vid livestreaming is solid, but livestreaming from 360 app has dropouts.i was using LTE, so can't get faster connection.could have been location factor...who knows.but not as solid a connection as regular phone vid livestreaming.i think the cam and app create enough data overhead to cause intermittent dropouts.but recording 360 video works fine.but that's not the real purpose though is it?

Neat camera. Be sure you have IOS 11.x.x.
We had a few issues with getting this camera to work reliably. It initially worked on an iPhone 6 that had not had IOS updated to 11. Then it just quite working. Updating to IOS 11.x.x. did the trick. Baffled us since it initially worked.

Probable Expensive Paperweight
Great camera, but the company went out of business the week after I bought it. I sent an e-mail asking about getting the source for the software but received no reply. So, once the phone is updated to the point that the camera software no longer works, it becomes an expensive paperweight.

1 étoile car pas possible de mettre moins
J’ai mis une étoile car je ne pouvais pas mettre moins, j’ai retourné l’article bien évidement.Gadget qui ne sert strictement à rien dans la mesure où la société qui gère l’application de cette caméra a fermé donc plus aucune mise à jour sur ce truc.La caméra est complètement obsolète, vous pouvez filmé mais rien n’est possible en live comme il est écrit dans la description et les vidéos ne vont pas dans la bibliothèque!!Juste bien naze.Annonce à retirer de amazon...

J’en ai commandé un, puis retourne car ne fonctionnait pas... repris un autre et là j’ai compris !!Ce produit ne fonctionne plus... ce n’est même pas qu’il soit défectueux... il n’est tout simplement plus supporté par Apple... du coup impossible de le faire fonctionner...tout simplement scandaleux de continuer à le vendre !!Pourquoi ???

Guroptic s’arrete
Déçus d’apprendre par un mail du gérant que l’activite Giroptic s’arrete et ça une semaine après avoir acheté l’article. La caméra est toutefois un bon gadget pour de la petite 360 à la volée. Autonomie faible c’est bien dommage et impossible de recharger pdt le tournage car elle ne s’alimente Pas sûr le téléphone.

Grandiose. Une nouvelle Façon de faire de la photo ou de la vidéo avec une vision totale à 360°. Parfait pour regarder ses prises de vues avec un casque de réalité virtuelle.
