Ice Melt, Granular, 50 lb. Carton, -8 F

This ice melt works really well, I used on my sloped driveway after cleared all snow, without this I would not dare to walk on my sloped driveway just to get to my vehicle after a snow/ice storm. Very good stuff, try it!

I don't know what I was thinking.I needed the salt for my driveway, but when it was dellvered, I couldn't lift it to bring it into my home!So it is sitting outside my front door!Maybe this salt is good for deicing driveways, but50 pounds is just too heavy to handle!

The best you can buy, I put it down when the snow starts and this product keeps my driveway clear

My front porch and steps were covered over with ice. I just sprinkled this all around ,and instantly the ice started melting. This product really works and is cheaper then all the rest. This is a great product !

Comes in thick plastic bag that is inside box. Small size crystals cut down on waste. Works great on porch tiles and on regular concrete. Minimal amount necessary to get your job done.

I received the ice melt in its own package and package was taped up and I would say that there was damage to the package. Inside the package was the ice melt in a plastic bag with a ripped section. At least 1/4 of the contents had spilled out. The product itself worked well and if I could have a more reliable shipping method I would have no problem ordering more. In New England where the weather is unpredictable it’s best to have things like ice melt and shovels readily available. I need more of this stuff but am hesitant about ordering because of the timing of delivery and the damage to the contents.

Box is so heavy that it’s hard to handle. The efficacy is compromised because of this. Difficult to get out of the box and does a poor job melting the ice and snow.
