This yoga mat is perfect it is 6mm thick and is just the right thickness to use on a hard surface it does not slip either. I'm 5ft 8 and this mat is longer than me so when lying down I'm fully on the mat. The foam mat is like memory foam leaves foot marks but the foam bounces back.
