Norvell Premium Sunless Tanning Solution - Dark, 8 fl.oz.

This is a great product! I do not own a spray tan machine, so I dumped out my an old bottle of sunless tanner that was in a pump bottle that dispenses to foam. I applied it with a mitt and I got a great tan, no streaking and it only took about 15 min to apply. It dries very fast and I was able to go about my day. I did exfoliate and moisturize two days before and did not shower since then. I find this to be the best and cheapest way to get a quick, beautiful tan. This is a great product and it definitely beats buying a $40 bottle of foam tanner (example; loving tan). If you put this in a foam dispense bottle, it comes out light and foamy so you don’t get too much on your mitt.Update: I’ve used this 3 times so far with my mitt. I noticed that if I exfoliate the night before and use Goldbon Ultimate Healing lotion to moisturize, the next day I apply the tanner and by the morning after I have a super dark, deep, beautiful tan! Without moisturizing the night before, the tan does not develop as good. Great product, I will be buying more soon.

I am a mobile spray tan technician and the Norvelle Preium Dark is my best selling color! Perfect for all skin tones and last at least 5-7 days with proper moisturizing! It doesn’t come off uneven or blotchy, but nice and even as it fades! No orange either or bad smell either! I’ve been buying it for almost a year now and I can’t use any other brand!

I have fair skin with freckles, and this color has been the best of all self tanners I've tried. The picture is of my side where my bathing suit was during spraying, and this is approximately 12 hours after spraying and having a morning shower.I've used countless sprays, towelettes, mouses, lotions, stand up booths, you name it. I finally bought the Fantastic spray tan machine a while ago, and it came with a couple of bottles of Norvell color. They were fine as far as color and smell go, but this one gave me the most natural tan color, and it also smelled better than any other tanner I've used. I typically will sleep in long sleeves and jammie pants to keep it from smelling up my sheets, and I did so with this one too. I woke up the morning after spray tanning, and I smelled delightful instead of like funky tanner smell. Love it!

I truly love this color & I’ve always used Norvell products for both my clients and myself. BUT!!I’ve noticed a change after they rebranded all of their bottles and packaging within the last year. Myself & my clients have noticed the DHA (what gives you the dark color you want) is a lot stronger than it used to be. Stronger DHA causes your PH balance to be thrown off. The combination of strong DHA and a funky PH balance makes you STINK. Like haven’t showered for weeks, cat pee STINK. To be clear, I’m not talking about the funky smell that comes with all spray tans before you rinse off. That’s normal and expected. I’m taking about AFTER you shower/rinse off after waiting the 6-8 hours. It’s SO strong for 2-3 days after you are sprayed. I wrote Norvell an email to see if they adjusted levels when they rebranded, upgrades their products. My old Norvell bottles of the same exact colors never did this to my or my clients. I hope I got a bad bottle or something because I won’t be able to use this brand or color anymore if so. I’m so sad because Norvell gives amazing colors with cool tones and NO orange. I will update when I hear back.

Let me start by first off saying that I have tried just about every self-tanner out there. I've always struggled with an orangy and/or inconsistant color. I've tried Mystic Tanning - which I found to be just "ok" and spray tans done by professionals @ salons. I found the spray tans to be - by FAR - the most realistic looking tan...but the price was crazy and I couldn't afford to keep it up. I saw that the salon I was going to was using this brand - Norvell Amber Sun Dark and decided to buy it myself. My husband uses this solution in his air compressor (nothing fancy...just a normal compressor) - there are a ton of youtube video's on how to properly tan someone using this method. I LOVE this solution - it is bronzy and not at all orange or brassy looking. There is a smell afterwards but it's not bad...kind of smells like tanning lotion. I like that this has a bronzing agent in it because you can see where it's going and make sure its even. Honestly, I can't imagine using a solution without the bronzer in it - I've tried before and I felt I was working blindly; guessing if it was consistant - and then the next day after it fully develops, it's too late to fix it. I highly recommend this product. I have very fair skin and this Dark solution is perfect for me. Usually I do 2 full passes of this and then we go back to see if we need to "touch up" anywhere. You will be immediately tan so you'll be able to see where you need to apply more. As with all self tanners, it helps to exfoliate first. I always apply the night before (you will feel a bit "tacky" for several hours afterwards) and by the next morning, I can shower to get that extra bronzer off, and the tan remaining is perfect. It definately is on the dark side - but its very realistic. I've gotten SO many compliments on this. I also like the "Venetian" formula....but this one is my favorite. By Day 4 I see fading in areas but it's still ok. Day 5, I simply exfoliate really well to even it out as much as I can and then re-apply. Doing this maintains my tan. This whole bottle is the cost of 1 spray tan in my area. I'd say I get about 8 spray tans out of this bottle and I apply pretty heavily. Highly recommend this product!!

I have read a lot of reviews on which product was the best and this one keeps popping up. So I took the plunge, big plunge because it’s expensive! I am not sorry I did, awesome product, when I am empty on this bottle I will be ordering more. You pay for what you get, you know that saying!!!I noticed the more hours that passed the darker I got, so when spraying and you think it doesn’t look like it got a good coating, you wait!Nice sent, nothing over powering.I am very happy with this product.

I don't normally leave feedback but I had a horrible experience with the product and the seller. The product faded extremely patchy and made parts of my body orange. I had only used once and requested a return from the seller. They denied my return saying because the product was open. How would I possibly know how the tanner performed if I had not tried it. Very poor business practice , would not recommend both the product or the seller

Best tanning solution!! My clients love it sooo much .. the smell is great the colour is perfect for most of skin colours
