Q: Does it pull your hair out?

Hi. To correctly use the comb it is not necessary to comb through entire hair length but only from the scalp up for about one inch. That way you don't pull any hair and since the lice live and lay eggs only within that range you don't need to comb beyond. If you would like to comb out the lice after zapping them or the nits then you can use a regular lice comb which is designed to comb through entire hair length. Good luck. Q: What is the difference between robi comb pro and the robi comb? There is about 10 usd difference in price.

The RobiComb and the RobiComb Pro are both the products of LiceGuard LLC. Technically the RobiComb Pro version has two settings: 1. detect 2. kill. While the Robi Comb has one mode to detect or kill. Both versions of the RobiComb have the same high rate of success in detecting and eliminating a lice infestation.

Q: Does it really buzz? I bought one and it seems to just make a high pitch noise so I don't know if it is working

The buzzing sound indicates that your RobiComb Pro is powered on and working properly. When the buzzing sound stops, more than likely, you have detected a louse. Visually inspect the comb, then brush off the combing surface and continue combing. When the first louse is detected and destroyed with mode 1, you can change to mode 2 to continue eliminating lice. Sometimes other debris in the hair (such as lint, hair gel, dandruff, etc.) can trigger the device to stop buzzing. Sometimes the teeth are touching each other after couple of uses, gently pry them apart when it happens. The buzzing sound should resume automatically when the combing surface is cleaned, and the teeth are not touching each other.

Q: The robi comb you can clean it good cause the teeth are removable. by popping off the blue center. is this the same with the robi comb pro?

Yes. The teeth are removable and can get cleaned with a brush or in soapy warm water. Insert back only when it is completely dry!
