My mom loved the potato toppers to put on top of baked potatoes. They stopped making them, would this be good on top or anyone have suggestions?

It is delicious and easy to make Roasted potatoes in the oven. Love the flavoring it adds. I'm not sure how it would be as a topper sprinkled on a baked potatoe but I may try it next time I make baked potatoes.
