Best for starters
Pro - It's best for first group who are in initial phase of learning (not best for new entries). This product is hard plastic, so cannot be used for long time. If this could be practised on and off 10 mins in training time, it would make good difference.It could be used for intermediate who needs grip fix for some of shots.Con - Hard plastic

Way too expensive for just an injection moulded piece of plastic.

Not Practical and difficult to use
The idea and concept are good, but not practically easy to use, also fiddly to change the grip to forehand and backhand. I wouldn't recommend it.
