Excellent supplement

My doctor prescribed B-1 as I seem to be deficient. However, the pills from the pharmacy have a horrible taste that I would burp up and taste for a long time, making me feel very sick to my stomach. These B-1 Sublingual pills are a lower dosage than what the doctor prescribed, but their flavor is sort of minty and they do not bother my stomach.If you need B1 and have problems getting it down, I recommend you give these sublingual pills a try.

I bought this product because I have problems absorbing regular vitamins. It has helped tremendously. I noticed an effect after about one week of taking it daily.

I do not know yet . I read it was good . Amazon did not gave it ready for Prime Day so had to wait . I hope it works. It was as stated on description and what fellow bloggers endorsed . I needed somethibg that was already broken down . Would enjoy more directions on time to take and do I chew or not or does it matter ?

I take this daily and have it come regularly on Subscribe and Save. It's one of the few things I need that isn't in my gummy multivitamin. I suck on it in the morning after I take all the others and let it dissolve in my mouth. It's kind of minty fresh flavor that is very pleasant

I suffer from severe Tinnitus....I read somewhere that this product could put an end to ringing in the ears...Well I have tried it and althoughmy Tinnitus remain and is still there this product has definitely has helped and reduced it's severity......I guess you can say it works....I ama satisfied customer....

I’ve been purchasing this product for a few years. My last purchase in Dec 2021 the formula was changed and it’s taste awful and just down right terrible. Not sure if I’ll be purchasing again if it’s going to be this formula.
