Definitely lowered my blood sugar! I use at least 1 tea bag right after a meal. The Banaba tea was actually tested in a Texas lab to lower your blood sugar.

Good to lower the A1C in diabetics.
Good for diabetics to lower A1C. Drink before breakfast. My A1C fir the first time went down from 7.5 to 6.8. Now it is 6.4.
