This company bought the recipe and the trademark after Hersheys stopped production. They are the same chocolate bar. They look and taste just like the original ones.

24ct = 24 count = 24 candy bars. I received 24 myself

Q: Does anyone have an older wrapper reflecting that it actually had Hazelnut?

No. But I loved the old 1, and I love the new one. (99% certain that there were no hazelnuts.)
