Quicken Basic 2000

I had to get rid of an old computer that had a check book balancer named Money on it, and because Microsoft no longer has this type of software, I had to find something else to use, that was simple, and not updatable from the internet. I do not balance my checkbook online, and I needed something similar to what I had used in the past. After much thought and checking different Quicken products, and reading the reviews of all of them I settled on this Quicken Basic 2000. It is really simple for me, not as good as Money but similar. Once again I could not find anything similar in a store, including Walmart, I went online to Amazon and found what I needed. It is working out to my satisfaction perfectly.

Like: It was a chance to obtain an old simple program.Dislike: It did not load on Windows Pro 10. Seller said to load in compatibility mode. Seller could have added that information in the description. Seller also would refund purchase price if I paid the postage to return it. I would give it to any person with a computer that ran on the old Windows program. Can not find any yet.

I had this 2000 version previously but lost the CD so I could not load on my new Windows 10 computer. I was very familiar with this version and did not want to learn a new and more complicated version. My product arrived from the seller earlier than the promised date. I now have Windows 10. It loaded easily to my computer and runs well. Very pleased. Thank you to my seller.

I had used this program for years but lost it when I bought a new Computer. Simple & easy to use.

It's okay. Just need to transfer my data into on different computer

When I ordered this product I thought It was going to be a product I could use. Not. It was for Windows 95 and 98 I needed a newer version XP or later It dit not state it was for 95 or 98 very disappointed. Not happy at all.Not able to use it Any one want a version of Quicken 2000 version 95 98

This product did not work with Windows 10.

Very simple and easy to use and for me, that's just what I wanted. I would recommend this product for general house-hold bookkeeping.
