Effective at pH balance and BV prevention, but pricey.
These vaginal suppositories are intended as a preventative for Bacterial Vaginosis (,BV), so it's important to note that they aren't designed to treat an active infection. They do appear effective (so far) in balancing the vaginal pH, which is extremely useful for women who tend to experience BV issues after intimacy. They are easy to use and don't have any odor. After a few days of use, I'm satisfied with their effectiveness. My only issue with this product is the number of suppositories that are included for the price. This makes for a pretty expensive product to use on a regular basis, so it isn't something that I would personally purchase repeatedly. But I would likely purchase - and recommend it - in preparation for special occasions that might increase a lady's susceptibility to BV.

Vaginal treatment with probiotics
As a menopausal female, vaginal PH changes and dryness has become a fact of life, and the normal PH changes that menopause brings also causes odor issues. I was hopeful that this product would be beneficial for all these problems of mine, and indeed the product has helped me (but see update below). I like that these suppositories are smaller than others I have used and have no scent. You get a ten-day treatment instead of the typical seven. They are not as messy as other treatments I have used. They have mostly natural ingredients and probiotics. All of these facts testify to the quality of the product. As for its effectiveness, I did have to use all ten of the suppositories before seeing significant improvement, but the odor and moisture issues did go away at last. I am concerned that the effect might not last very long, however, which makes me hesitate to call this a good value. But I will update after more time has passed. These did not cause any discomfort during use.UPDATE: The improvements I experienced after using all ten suppositories were very brief. After only a few days, the odor returned. I have experienced quicker and longer lasting relief from other products, so I must conclude these are not potent enough.

Seems to be safe and effective
Bacterial vaginosis (BV) is a common vaginal complaint. It is usually associated with an imbalance of normal protective vaginal flora. After menopause there are less of the good organisms in the vagina and the problems increase. I remember when I was young hearing older women complaining about their fishy "old lady" smell. ICK! We now know that is a classic symptom of BV and we can do things to lessen the problem. Creating a positive balance of the vaginal organisms is the place to start and this type of product is designed to do just that. The suppositories can be inserted with a finger but using an applicator like what you get with yeast infection medication will get it higher up in the vaginal canal with better coverage and almost nonexistent discharge. You can also use a tampon inserter if you have the type that is a tube within a tube. I am extremely sensitive to a lot of topical things and am happy to report that I haven't had any issues with this at all. I plan to use these a couple times a week to help stay asymptomatic. I had been using an expensive RX gel the same way but if I can get the same results with these suppositories, I prefer that. When I ordered these they were more expensive-I don't remember the exact price but I think it was over $30. They are currently selling for $20 which is still a bit spendy but when compared with the RX it's reasonable. I love that these kinds of products are being developed to directly market to women, giving us the ability to control our own health! I definitely recommend giving these a try. Getting the good stuff back can also lessen the likelihood of yeast issues and maybe even some urinary issues.

a more natural way to prevent BV
this product seems high quality with good ingredients but I have concerns about Propylene glycol. I would have prefered a natural alternative. The suppositories are small and dissolve easily. Wearing a panty liner when using them is a good idea and using at night is preferred. I didn't have any adverse reactions and seems to have some improvement about 5 days in (1/2 way through the course). Each suppository is individually sealed in a foil-blister pack.Although they were easy to insert, b/c they are so small it would have been helpful if it included an applicator.Only time will tell if it prevents BV as intended. They are kind of pricey.

Gentle and Easy to Use
These are simple to insert, dissolve cleanly, and don’t leave behind any strong scent or residue. The texture feels smooth and non-irritating, and they come individually wrapped, which keeps them clean and easy to store. I like that they’re small and discreet, and the packaging is minimal without being flimsy. After several uses, everything felt more comfortable, and I noticed a general sense of balance. No unpleasant side effects and no discomfort during use. The natural ingredients list is reassuring, and while the cost is a bit high for the quantity, I’d still consider keeping a box around for when things feel off.

Soothing relief
Because I am post-menopausal I suffer from vaginal dryness and sometimes with pain. I ordered this product because this helps me to be more comfortable. It is soothing, non-irritating and it seems to help lubricate naturally when your body no longer does the job. I think this product will help my body normalize and regularize pH (when imbalance leads to odor.)

Easy to insert
I left out a star just because I'm not sure if it works. I just used it as prevention rather than trying to cure something. That being said it's not big and it's easy to insert.
