Comfortable and easy to use
Absolutely love these. I have shorts that you can wear with holders for the bags, but the tubing is very cramped which causes concern for crimping. These hold the bags in place nicely. The only way to make it work better is to have a soft strap to secure the tubing close to the legs. They would be a separate item, so that just wishful thinking, not a problem with the sleeves.

Highly recommend
I bought this for my father to try as an alternative to the elastic velcro straps he had been using. He has a suprapubic catheter and likes to attach the bag to his lower leg. He is losing his vision and had a hard time getting the straps through the anchors on his bag, so we gave this a try with great success. The sleeve is very easy for him to use and works very well. In fact, he called me today to ask me to order more. Durability wise, he has used the sleeve about 4 weeks and it is just starting to not fit as well. We are extremely happy with this product and highly recommend it.

Stick insect legs required
My father, who was battling cancer at the time, had very thin legs yet these managed to feel to constrictive.

If you’re between sizes, order up
I think this would have worked great except it was a little too tight. I measured my thigh, and I fell between a medium and a large. I ordered the medium because I didn’t want to to be so loose that it wouldn’t stay up. The medium was tight and it was a little hard to get the urine bag into the pocket. It fit very snugly with no room for the tube. It stayed up fine, but it was too tight to wear comfortably for more than half an hour or so. I was also worried if the tightness would prevent urine from draining into the bag properly. I don’t want to spend another $17 to try a larger size, but I do think if you’re able to get the sizing right that this would probably be a pretty good product. On another note, I have a 600ml urine bag and about 2” of the bag stuck out of the top of the pocket. If you have a longer bag, the whole bag will not be completely enclosed in the pocket.

Be sure and measure leg
We bought this to try to keep my husband’s leg from breaking out from statlock and other Velcro bands we were using. He has to wear his bag on his calf since he is in a power chair so he has a tube extension. We ran the tube up through the hole where the drain would be and then used a Velcro band to keep in place at top and did not have to use a statlock. This keeps any latex, etc from touching his leg and also enables us to swap from leg to leg to cut down on irritation. Has really worked. Don’t know if it will be too hot next summer but he says that it is comfortable right now.

Did not stay on thigh
So bummed about this one. I wore the leg band for 2 hours and it slid down from my thigh to my knee.

These work!!
My husband who is a T8 paraplegic and has Parkinson’s related dementia would pull out his catheters (5 times!!!). I found these in Amazon-I folded a washcloth in thirds, put 2layers under the catheter tubing and plastic pieces, then put the third layer over the tubing so it would be harder for him to grab, then put this cover over everything! Because it went from close to the groin down close to his knees, he couldn’t pull on the tubing. It worked great! Even though he couldn’t feel the pain of pulling out the catheter, he could still do a lot of damage inside. He also developed rashes from the adhesive catheter leg connectors which he broke daily!!
