It is sometimes a gamble buying jewelry like this online because you risk the metal looking cheap in person, but this is not the case. They are really light weight which makes them dangle very elegantly. They are a really good size, and would be good for both formal and casual events. I bought these as a gift and I am considering getting a pair for myself.

These earrings are really pretty! Unfortunately, mine arrived broken: one of the earrings only had 2 feathers, while the other one had all 3. Since I had ordered them for a specific event (and didn't have time for a replacement to arrive) and I could make it work, I just chose to remove the 3rd feather on the correct one to make them match-and then just wore them anyway. They still look nice, just would have been nice to have received them in proper form.
