Q: When will this product actually be available to buy? Are they keeping the supply low on purpose to inflate the price?

There were so many orders at once that they ran out of stock quickly and have to manufacture more. The price is being inflated because of how few are left on the market. The ones you see here are the ones people managed to buy early and resell.

Q: is there a rudder axis problem since its basically a t16000?

For me the rudder on the stick works fine. I also use rudder pedals and primarily use the stick twist for nose wheel tiller control. Either rudder or tiller have worked with no issues. Now setting up the throttle may take some time between Sims due to alignment configurations. You will have to experiment a little to get it right if using for Airbus.

Q: Is this ever going to be available at not double the msrp?

I got one at $169 from B&H on Feb 2021. Google it and you can find a few places selling at msrp.
