This particular product is completely vegetarian. I'm not sure about US, but in India, this product is marked with a green colored label signifying no meat content.

Hi. Please contact Amazon support. These are packs of 12. So they come in a set. The small individual packs shouldn’t be resealed. But the big bag that holds 12 is resealed. That is Amazons requirement. Hope that helps
