I recently purchased this electric scooter, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision! The build quality is outstanding, with a sturdy frame that feels both durable and lightweight. The battery life is impressive, allowing me to travel long distances without worrying about running out of power.The ride is smooth and comfortable, even on slightly uneven surfaces. The acceleration is quick, and the speed is perfect for commuting or just cruising around the city. I also love the sleek design and modern features, such as the bright LED lights and easy-to-read display.Overall, this scooter exceeded my expectations in every way. Good scooter, I think I'm having a battery issue so I'm talking to the company about it to maybe get a replacement battery to see if the range improves cause it gets so many fewer miles per charge than advertised. Aside from that, it's a fu scooter. The advertised speed is accurate. It's easy to use. Folds open and closed easily. Has a sturdy neck lock. And it's not too heavy to put in a cars trunk easily. I do wish it had a key start for security. But it's a good scooter provided they fix the battery issue

I received the scooter about 4 days early which was pretty cool said it had 5 bars for the battery but the first two dropped pretty quickly got about 1.5 hours on it before I needed to charge it for the first time. I will say the scooter is really fun and pretty fast and peppy in 2wheel drive. Overall pretty well built not too heavy. It seemed to do as was advertised, I’m 210 lbs and it got to 38mph relatively easy. Now everything I’ve said so far is pretty positive, but I’m giving this review a 1 star for now because either the scooter or the charger is defective. No indicator light shows up on either the scooter or the charger. I left it plugged in for around 4 hours just in case but nothing. As far as customer service I called twice once yesterday (Sunday) and today on Monday as well. It went straight to voicemail both days and prompted me to leave a voicemail (which I did). Hopefully I havnt heard back because yesterday was Sunday and today is a holiday, I’m hoping I’ll hear from them tomorrow at the latest because when you spend this amount of money on a scooter you hope to get more than 1 ride out of it. I will update the review and will be more than willing to give this 5 stars as long as the customer service is easy to deal with and corrects the problem.

Absolutely love it! The sport mode in 2wd is a little scary, but this scooter is pretty reliable. Can go about 20 miles in ECO mode on 1wd, perfect for my commute to work, and I believe about 12-14 miles in race mode(with consistent stop and go.) Charging takes about 5-6 hours from 30%, so scooter is ready for me to get home after work. Folding the scooter is very simple, and it fits in the back of my Chevy Sonic with ease, or even just in the back seat. The turn signals are great, front headlight is a little dim though, but the underbelly lights are a nice touch, and you can even turn them off while the other lights are on. The lock out mode in the app is also great to steer off thieves, and you can keep it locked when you plug in the charger, so when you power it back up, they'll need you phone to get it moving again. One thing that caught me off guard was the fedex guy dropped it off at the wrong address. Lucky, the person they dropped it off to brought it over to me. Other than that, fantastic scooter for the price! Thank you!

This scooter is great, I highly recommend !!!! It will go as fast as i need it to, if it went any faster I feel confident that it would result in me becoming a paraplegic.. I rode it around some trails and small sand hills and it handled everything better than expected. while in economy mode a charge seems to last forever. The only understandable thing that doesn't thrill me is that while in awd, ,sport mode, and lights on, the battery will drain fast, my guess is approx 15 - 20 miles.The first time I rode it I had a slight mishap and a small plastic piece broke. At first I was a little disappointed in the amount of time it took for results but not the end of the world.I give it a 5+ star.

My experience was crazy at first I could not find my package I searched all around my house it said delivered come to find out after checking my security cameras my neighbor put the package inside his garage. Seems how we started parking our car inside of our garage. They did not know we were home. I ended up getting my scooter and I absolutely love it. Me and my family ride all around on our scooters. It is so fast and responsive and does great on mileage. We take them everywhere. Everyone always compliments us it is the best scooter to have. Thank you I scooter!
