Not an off-shoulder but a nice dressy tank
So this is a super cute dressy spaghetti strap top. Since the title says "off the shoulder", I expected it to have the spaghetti straps plus the ruffled sleeves that drape just off the shoulders. So if you want to order a dressy spaghetti strap tank - get this because it's lovely and I would have rated 5 stars if a tank is what I thought I was getting. Also, per the size chart, I went up a couple of sizes to a 2X - I normally wear a Large or 14/16.

The material is strange feeling, it is way to big but a size smaller would have been too short. I am starting to think buying clothes online not for me.
