Purchased this for camping. Was excited when it finally arrived, but........the casing around the bottom where the legs should be, one side was broke, the other chipped, the electrical prong tip looked like it had already been used, there were also a few scratches inside the skillet. The black coating on the lid handle was flaking off in the bag it was in. I shipped it back, I added more bubble wrap since it didn't have enough when it did arrive. Also, a label was just placed on the original box and shipped, it did not come in another package.

Product is defective. I sent pictures of defects, and now I am told to pay my own return shipping. Lousy with returns.

Large surface cooks very efficient. The only complaint is i would much prefer to have a temperature guage rather then an A B C ... type of guage.

The thermostat was so loose in the plug on the pan it would not hold a connection and produce heat.

I had to replace my old one this is so much better. Love the higher sides. Much better heat distribution.

Pan does clean easily, lid has a good fit, but that’s the only positive things I can say about this electric skillet!The heating control unit (that plugs into pan) is worthless!! Constantly turns off due to a VERY LOOSE AND POOR CONNECTION! The control is too small to connect properly & will fall out even if barely move the pan! I used it once, and knew it is packaged with the WRONG heat control unit. Also, this pan certainly DOES NOT heat evenly! One end heats much hotter than other end, no matter how long it has been on.Wish had tried it earlier, timeframe for returning had run out by the time I realized pan was useless.DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS ONE!!!!!!!!

Unfortunately I had to return the original because it was defective and to my surprise the replacement also had a different defect. I then opted to get one from a well known brand.

Nice nonstick skillet. As long as you care for it properly it will last. It does a wonderful job. The food cooks evenly. The heat disperses well unlike others were the heat only stays around the coil. This is actually my 2nd time purchasing it. My first one fell victim to a kid and a metal spatula. It is still usable but now everything sticks. It is a bit bulky when cleaning if you have a small sink.

I ordered 2 items, and one had a broken handle when it arrived. I had no problem sending the one back and getting a replacement. I am pleased with the operation of the units.

It gets more use than any other small appliance in our house
