Very easy to apply and cost effective
3 in one makes it easy to apply. The surface looks very nice after totally dry. It has good coverage but not expected enough for a whole garage. I used it to seal my front porch greystone tile, the coating filled the gaps very well and less slippery on the surface. It claims UV resistance, will see how it goes after sun light exposure.

Tiny and Junky
It is the size of a Large soda at best. Does not seem to be Epoxy at all. Looks like normal gray paint. I let it dry for 3 days and on the 1st car parking way more than expected came right off. This should cost $10 at most. Avoid.

So far, so good around main water line penetration
Used the to seal both sides of foundation where I drilled through for new water main. Filled all gaps with mortar and sealed with this. So far it's been a very wet winter and there hasn't been any water penetration. I'm very happy with this.

Smooth!
It was very easy to use with this thing. I just clean the area that I need to pour this and pour it after the area is clean. Let it dry and the area is now slip proof, and smooth .

Not nearly enough to do a garage.
I did not realize it was only as big as a large coffee cup when I ordered. For a garage or basement didn't make sense.
