Iv not used it as yet looks nice not to hard to get on the ropes grips well

It works and works fine. But if it has had a heavy load, then you try to take it off the rope, it's not the easiest thing to get off. It's almost impossible to do one handed. The lever to disengage it just isn't well designed, so it jams and you have to use two hands to unjam.It's not the end of the world, and it is a budget price, so I can't complain really.

I bought these to help me haul myself up my ropes as I have gained some extra weight, I was not expecting the best quality for this price but they actually work rather well for budget priced hand ascenders, they grip my 12mm ropes really well and they hold my 16st I have used them constantly over the last few days and have not slipped or done anything worrying, they slide up my ropes really well and they lock onto the ropes really quickly when under tension seem to be a good pair of ascenders but time will tell, otherwise recommended

This has been great for what I intended. Let me explain. I have a Utonagan dog who weighs in at 54 kg. I use a harness with a Ruffwear lead, which is based on climbing rope. The ascender is great for keeping a good handle on his lead, for stopping at the edge of the road, keeping a grip on him when he wants to chase a cat.

A really great product and serves me well as a rope access technician on a daily basis. It is light, comfortable and very good looking. It’s a wonderful buy.

Good product sturdy enough for ascending.

Product looks and feels okay, I have not actually used it in the field yet, but it seems to be okay.
