The package arrived on time and as described.I've been looking for a good quality parchment paper for baking for a few years. I need one that has strength, can fold and hold a crease, and that releases baked food easily. This paper does all of that, so I am very happy. Finally! Large sized sheets that fit perfectly on a large baking sheet -(like those purchased at Costco, half sheet pans). They cut easily with a sharp knife along a fold or with scissors, if cut in half they can be used for brownie pans or smaller pans, and work well in stoneware also.I have a set of Wilton 9" cake tins that I have used for decades. This weekend I had to make 4 layer cakes, after the first set was baked I had trouble with the side of the cakes sticking to the pans - this has never happened before so I hadn't placed any parchment along the sides. The base of the cake released without any trouble due to the parchment. The second set of cakes I added a strip of the parchment around the interior edges and the cakes released perfectly and had a great texture without too much browning as would be considered normal in baking. (Sometimes a baker has to remove the browned edge of a white or light coloured batter - I did not know that adding parchment might lesson the caramelization of the edge.) Any who, I really like this parchment and I can recommend it well!The box the papers are stored in is a perfect fit for the parchment and so it can be stored on end or side without the paper slipping out or folding over- I am sure this may not be the case as the amount of papers diminish over time. It is a sturdy little box, and has a secure but easy to open closure flap on the end.The papers are a natural tan/brown, and are nice enough for presentation or used as a doily type shield between food and the plate/tray. Cutting the paper to fit individual items is easy and can be held closed or secured with a sticker; which would make presenting something like individual brownies more convenient and acceptable for carry out.Bottom line: Totally recommend

This is a dream for any kitchen! I cut off the tab on the skinny end and store the box horozontally. SO easy to pull one sheet out. Fits all my baking sheets, cut in half for smaller ones. I'm finding more uses for these sheets all the time. Put one on the counter when removing meats from packaging, for stacking prepped portions to be bagged, cut or tear pieces to go between meat portions as you bag, for ease of separation later. Handy to use as a funnel for lots of dry ingredients. I'm giving these as gifts this holiday ♥

For years I've used a well known baking and cake decorating products brand name parchment paper from a roll. While its quality was never in question, it is a bit pricey. Also, having to cut it to fit cookie sheets and fighting the paper trying to curl back up is a nuisance. This year, baking cookies with two kids helping, I decided to give this paper a try. All I can say is wow! This all natural, unbleached parchment paper is an outstanding value. The convenience of sheets that fit my cookie pans without cutting and not having to deal with the paper trying to roll back up was a tremendous time saver. We were able to use each sheet five or six times without any problems. The sheets might have lasted longer; when we finished our baking for the day I couldn't tell that there was any degradation. I just wasn't going to store them after using them.

I have been baking all my life and thought I was quite skilled. I decided I would try using parchment paper, just to see if I was missing anything. I ordered these and was I ever surprised. First. They are the exact size to use for the 1/2 sheet baking pans. Second. They are packaged in a sturdy box and you can store them standing up!!!! Very Handy and something you don't think of when buying parchment paper. Third. They are so versatile. You use them for actual baking and you can use them to knead dough on or press out your pizza dough and then you don't have to try to get the dough on your peel!!!!! You will find many things to use them for!! I will order these again and again!

The product itself is great - flat sheets of parchment paper. However, the shipping needs major improvement. My first order was delayed, then shown as "might be lost". So I requested, and received, a refund. Eight days after I ordered, the package was delivered - just a slippery plastic envelope over the box of paper. Meanwhile, I had placed another order, which later also was shown as "might be lost". Again, I received a refund. Meanwhile, my sister received the exact same product cushioned with bubble wrap and in a cardboard box in two days. The plastic envelopes obviously are not working for this product.

I got these parchment baking sheets to use with the pans I use in my Cuisinart Chef's Convection Toaster Oven. They are a bit too large, but are easy enough to cut to fit and they definitely make clean up of the pans and the oven after baking meat, fish, and more traditional dough based baked goods easier.The package is reclosable and easy to store. I also like that there are so many in a package, because it means that I don't have to reorder them as frequently. I'll definitely consider buying more, but because there are 100 in a pack, it will be a while.

Sheets are sturdy. Great for any baking, from baking bacon in the oven, cookies, liner for baking cheesecake and as a layer between cut brownies. The packaging keeps them tidy and very easy to slide out of the box. I am on my 2nd box and still loving them.

I use parchment paper for all my cooking needs and I like these sheets because they are so practical. No trying to tear off what you need, the size of these are very handy. I also like that they’re made in Europe, I couldn’t find any made in the USA and I don’t buy anything that touches my food from China.

Like that it is pre-cut to fit a normal sized baking tray with enough to overlap the edges of the tray. Each sheet is easily removed from the box that it was supplied in, although the box itself is the same size as a sheet so not so easily stored. The paper can be easily cut into the shape you need if the baking tray is smaller than a normal one. The storage box would be good for the bottom of a drawer without too much weight on top that could impede the removal of a single sheet or standing on its side in a cupboard. Good quality product. I love it.

I got this paper just to compare it with ordinary from the local grocery store. 4 stars for such ridiculous price, otherwise the paper is awesome. BUT 28 EUR, 28!For example, parchment paper from grocery store cost max 2.5e for 24 sheets, so about 10e for 100 sheets.it’s almost 3 times as much as ordinary, and 4-5times compare to the cheapest one.So, if this pack would cost around 18-20e, I’d give 5 stars. But who am i to set the prices )) anyway, thanks for the quality product.UPD: as promised, 5 stars! Lower price, same quality, thanks!

The parchment paper is good quality and easy to use. Paper is laid flat in a cardboard box keeping it clean and ready to use.
