Hello, This will survive shipping of up to 5 days. We are located in Florida and this culture should have no problems shipping anywhere in the US.

It says "freshwater" phytoplankton, but the F/2 says to add to salt water?

The instructions for the f/2 are a general guide as most species are grown in saltwater. Our chlorella strains are strictly freshwater species. We apologize for any confusion and have since updated our packaging.
