Great quality
I got this mitt to do Constraint induced movement therapy or CIMT with my husband after his stroke to help him use his paralyzed arm & hand. It keeps his hand cool with the breathable holes and allows him to move around freely inside of the mitt. The zip open feature is great for when he needs the bathroom. Easy access. He says it's comfortable and fits great.

Good
I purchased these for someone with dementia to protect fingers and gums, because they bite and chew everything nonstop. I previously used the soft type for so long, but they stayed dirty because he bites and chews and tends to tear holes into any soft items.I purchased these because I thought they were hard shell. They are harder but they are not a hard shell. They have some softness to them and they zip on the sides, but if your patient does not bite and tear things then this would good.

Work as intented!
Used these on myself before anything, and they fit comfortably and are easy to put on/remove by another person. They definitely restrain the wearer from grabbing anything, and have straps to secure if needed. Vent holes are sufficient!
