I didn't really buy into people's complaints about it "not looking 2D" if you put more than one thing in it--it still looked cool even with things in it. However, it's far from convenient (minimal pockets, accessing the outside one by undoing the snaps AND unzipping is annoying) and it ripped after minimal use. The rip was near the top handle and it's not unusable so I'll keep carrying it for now but it's not a good sign for the quality. Essentially it's a cute novelty for maybe a costume or something. I wouldn't say it's worth 20 dollars.

Looks exactly as we'd hoped, I did not notice a bad smell. My son LOVED it, however it ripped across the top separating from the back of the backpack two weeks in :-( You could now put stuff in and check in it without unzipping. I tried to sew it back together, that lasted one day then ripped again. I am heartbroken as he was so excited to receive. I would suggest only to use for a folder, a 1 subject notebook, or papers. My son carried a folder and a library book or two at most in the backpack.

My 5th grade daughter loves her cartoon backpack. It really does look cartoonish in real life, which was hard to imagine prior to seeing it live. While it doesn't bother my daughter, I wish it were a big larger and had pockets on the sides for water bottles and things like that.

My daughter loved the bag it and came on time but it did not last long,like a month before it started to rip at the top I just got her different bag a Walmart for have the price since it was on clearance cause school already started

My daughter requested this item for Christmas. She loved it! The size provides plenty of room. The Oder was almost unbearable- like rubber tires or disel fuel. I set it outside for days and sprayed it with febreeze and could not eliminate the smell.

Horrible quality do not buy this bag. I just bought this for my daughter for school. The front part that attaches to the bag itself tore the second day my daughter went with this to school. Should be illegal to sell.

Terrible product. I have had to sew the entire backbag. It started to rip apart the first day of school. My grandaughter was so disappointed. Would never recommend product or buy again.

Poor quality. One month in to the new school year, the bag tore and is no longer usable. My daughter did not use it for heavy items
