I tried to go somewhere and it got me close as didn't have full postcode and took a bit to get used to it

I have to use these in works vehicles.I have used many other sat navs from various manufacturers and this, by some margin, is the most appalling piece of junk i’ve ever had the misfortune to operate. Very slow to follow progress along the road, late to give its often inaccurate instructions and point blank refuses to recalculate a new route if you are diverted for any reason. The holder is a piece of nonsense, too and could drive you wild with its constant creaking and squeaking.Utterly irredeemable.

I used this satnav daily for work after a few days the on off switch failed which I have since found out is a common fault. ok possibly a Friday afternoon one and gave them the benefit of the doubt exchanged it for another one. However this one lasted a few weeks and whilst driving at work an error message came up on the screen and the satnav shut down. Unable to get the message to close. Switched off satnav switched it on again same fault. Used reset button nothing got to send this one back. Fed up with it now and will not be buying another Binatone.When it was working it was just what I needed but I also need it to be reliable.

At last...!! :)) A lovely, simple SATNAV that works straight off, without all the added, unnecessary bells and whistles! Just does what it says on the tin. Yippeeee!

Choose fastest, shortest, on foot or flying crow (adventure) Found time given for fastest = 2 mins more than shortest, & sometime shortest not shortest. View rout 1st = just few 2nds, & not show towns or other roads, so almost useless.Up-date: Windows XP; floating point error, only for SP 1 & 2, I've 3. Windows 7; just comes up 'no device connected' when it is. booklet says life-time free maps only for 3 years.Look @ your photos or read text files, but 1'll need to copy then to memory card 1st, as can't copy to there through USB even if a memory card is in it.The holder = too big, guess I've 1 for 5".No USB to USB mini included, 1 may have problems getting 1 in town, as most use newer µ 1s now. So = 'Catch 22'! maybe get 1 from Amazon, if you knew where you be.Good thing car charger is included.But as anything = better than being lost in strange town; guess = OK.

utter rubbish, first it would not hold a charge, 36hrs charging and was still totally flat, second i bought it for a trip to Dublin for a car show, it would not let me st where i wanted to go, spend the extra and buy a decent SAT NAV or even a second hand one before you touch this rubbish,
