As expected and as described

They were compatible with my Dell P513W printer in the sense that they fitted, but they wouldn't work, despite the printer software showing the cartridge was full. There were instructions to cut off part of a green plastic chip under a label that said "Do not remove" but this didn't make any difference. There were instructions not to update firmware or software in case the printer rejected the cartridge. I didn't, but the printer still wouldn't print from the cartridge. Frustrating and a waste of money. Even more frustrating is Dell's decision to stop making cartridges for my printer as a perfectly good printer is now useless.
