TFO Mangrove Sun Gloves - Large

Excellent Buy. I ride a recumbent bicycle and spend an average of 4 hours a day in the bright California sun.These gloves ( I purchased 4 weeks ago) have prevented sun damage to my hands, and are so sheer and light I often forget I am wearing them.On really hot days I put them on and immerse my hands in cold water; the evaporation while riding keeps my handscool for a couple of hours. To clean these gloves I wear them while I wash with hand soap,My exposed fingers give me the dexterity I need without removing the gloves.J

The second time I used them they started to coming apart at the seams. I was very careful using them so it wasn't from abuse.Looks like poor quality. Guess I'll have to spend more and get some high quality gloves.They do look nice and seem to block the sun on a positive note.

The gloves fit well and I really like the protection from the sun. I hike a lot and my hands have a lot of "sun damage." These gloves are perfect for hiking and I like the open fingertips. I like them enough that I bought a second pair for a friend. I would recommend these to anyone looking for some sun protection.UPDATEI bought another pair of these glove and they are very different. Color is darker, but more importantly, the quality seems to have deteriorated. The gloves are smaller. Take a look at the photo. The pair on the bottom is the first pair I bought. The pair on the top don't even seem like the same gloves. Amazon what the heck? I would not buy another pair.

I bought this brand as I had a pair I purchased in a local sporting goods store about 5 or 6 years ago. Just got these (2 pairs) today. Seem to be exactly like my previous fishing gloves except that the length of the fabric on the fingers is shorter. Not a huge issue, but the the more coverage from the sun for me (I am super fair skinned), the better. Used to be the fabric went about half way beyond my middle knuckle. This only goes to my knuckle. Love the fact that they fit like "a glove"!

Seam ripped on the first wearing. It is sewed with a simple straight stitch with no reinforcement. The material is light weight and will stretch however the finger holes are only partly finished with a stitch more consistent with an inside seam. These will work but not worth the money spent.

Love that they fit great, are lightweight, and work great to keep my hands from getting sunburned while fishing. Have purchase several pairs.

I actually bought them because of a rash on my hands. They work so well and still allow me to do anything I would have done without them. Good quality and they look good too.

Pretty much a disposable item. Stitching has started to tear after second use. I use them when I fish and I may be a little tough on them but for the price I thought I would get a better product. Will try another brand.
