When I received the filters I did not have the chance to install one immediately. However, I had my AC guy coming out the following day so I just let him put one in. He put it in, it fit perfectly, and he said that the quality of the filter was great. I was with him when he installed it and I had installed the one prior to this one and it was just as easy to install as the previous filter. Probably takes ten seconds to install.Works perfectly. I just changed to the second one and it was clear that it worked extremely well. The filter went from white to gray...obviously filtering out the dust that it is supposed to filter. Excellent for the price.

The filters are Merv13 as ordered and the quality is great. Packing and shipping was done well and promptly. I received these filters in a day or two.I am very satisfied with this vendor’s product and business workflow. I highly recommend this vendor to other shoppers. Hopefully they’ll continue the same quality and efficiency in future also

The size I needed was a little odd, but they had it and it fit perfectly. Not only that, they were one of the best prices out there. They weren't as quick as some of the other sellers indicated they were, but I'd rather have it the right size at the best price than quick and wrong. I will be using these folks again.Steve

Hard for me to find my size filter: 21 1/2 x 23 1/2x1 with a MERV 13 rating especially at this price ( Box of 6 = $10 ea. and free shipping ). The last one I had was a Honeywell FPR #10 ( equivalent to a MERV 13 ) but costs $27 ea. The Aerostar looks exactly the same as the Honeywell ( actually better, a true 21 1/2 x 23 /12 ( The Honeywell is actually 21.12 x 23.12 ). Additionally, the Honeywell I ordered on line only had the cardboard reinforcement on one side only. The Aerostar has cardboard reinforcement on both sides. The only thing I'm puzzled about is that the Honeywell states factually that it lasts UP TO 3 months. The Aerostar states: " It is recommended that you change the filter every 60 to 90 days during normal times of year but increase frequency to 30 days during peak summer and winter months when your unit is working the hardest ". I had kept my Honeywell installed for 90+ days ( Mid-July to 11/01/17 ) and when I removed it, it was fine ( A little dirty but fine ). I just replaced it with the Aerostar MERV 13 on 11/01/17. I plan on leaving the Aerostar installed for 90+ days ( Feb 2018 ). I believe it will perform every bit as good as the Honeywell for a lot less money. Time will tell.

Yes! There is a tremendous difference between those you buy at the big box stores and this company. I've had them for a while now and the filtered air is wonderfully clean, I don't sneeze as often and I love them. Highly recommended and packed very well, delivery well within time frame, so yes, compared to the less expensive ones with a lesser filtration, or Shmilter, my money is on these Filters plus, they last (in Florids's weather) in my home for at least 3 months.

The card board buckled and the filter was sucked up into the air handler causing a loud and annoying noise that could be heard throughout the house. I tried another of these filters and it did the same thing. I bought a different brand at a local store and it worked well with no noise. These were a waste of a lot of money.Edited to say: I contacted the company and they were very good to deal with. They sent me a return label and said to send the filters back, which I did. I added two stars for their customer service.

These filters do an excellent job, taking most contaminants out of the air before it gets into the air hander.
