They def work after a 8 day vacation I gained a pound a day vs 6 pounds a day in water weight normally. They act as a buffer. So not to over due because you still can maintain water if you don't stop overdoing with your diet. I can have a couple of cheat days a week on these and maintain my weight. Without them itd be a battle. Because of the lack of the buffer. Product meets me about 30% of the way. Better than nothing, right? Key is moderation. Product is hard to find though. CVS brand works well and cheaper. Caffeine free.
