It works slowly and also make bad effect on digestion process

Will again write a review after 90 doses....I v been suffering in piles and fissure for years....n for the last few months it took to my nerves as there was continuous bleeding....that resulted as low BP....I read the customer's review about this ayurvedic medicine n yes it's true within a week bleeding from the rectum has stopped....n pain felt less....it's better to follow the instructions properly...a late riser like me also is waking up by 5 am to have this medicine...as it's instructed to keep a two hours gap before breakfast or tea....yes after 15 days it started bleeding again as I m very much addicted to spice n chillies....but now I m checking upon my spicy food habit....the swelling of piles has also been reduced....keeping my fingers crossed that by 90 days I will be cure if not cent percent still will overcome the problem......giving a 5 star rating...another thing drink lots of water whole day....u will be benefited....thankz....

Guys.. I'm writing this review after trying this product for 2+ months, every single early morning. It has not worked on me. If you have grade 3 or 4 piles, all of this will NOT work. The only thing that works is a surgery. Don't waste your money on buying these products for several months with very less or no results. I must have easily spent around 20K rupees trying multiple ayurvedic + homeopathic + allopathic medicines... It gives a temporary relief but doesn't last long. I urge everyone with grade 3 or 4 piles to undergo a simple surgery.. It pains for 3-4 days but the effects are lasting. At least you can eat freely without thinking of the next morning.

Truly god designed formulation. I have been suffering from bleeding piles for the last 20 years. Whenever it starts bleeding, I start having tender coconut water in the morning, followed by routine meals and homeopathy medication. I apply hadensa cream and somehow my piles used to subside. But this time around it kept on bleeding for months. I almost made up my mind to undergo surgery.
