Empty Bun!
The product arrived in a timely manner in good condition as expected. I just made the first batch and while they did puff up like buns, I patient waited for them to cool as the instructions indicate. And the whole inside is hollow! With a thin bread crust like top that was probably about 1/16th of an inch thick and the bottom was about 3/8th of an inch think. I was disappointed that it wasnt like a bun. So plan B.. I stuffed it with homemade chicken salad and ate it. It did work but I'll say it again, it is not like a bun.

Awesome Keto Bread
I use this regularly to make pizza crust and buns. I really love the texture and flavor in comparison to other keto breads I have tried. It's very easy to throw together (although it takes a long time to bake--worth it!) and it's really versatile. I've added all sorts of ingredients for different flavors. I do hope this will be back in stock soon because I truly love it and it helps me stay on track with this way of eating.

Okay, I guess....
To be honest, I didn't like the taste at all. I understand it's not going to taste like bread (or possibly anything close to that), but I just didn't like the taste of it at all. Giving it three stars because it IS keto, it IS a substitute, but it's just not the substitute for me. I'd rather use no bread at all.

Delicious, easy to make, Keto-compliant!
I lost 20 pounds on the Keto diet. This bread is unbelievable! It’s very easy to make, very satisfying and is a perfect addition to my Keto diet, with 100% compliant ingredients and delicious! I made sandwich buns and ate them for lunch! A no-guilt pleasure! I highly recommend!

ok bur chi seed slimy.
I could make this from scratch . It turned out dense and is better toasted. Toastig reduces the slimy consistancy. Slimy isnt the right word but its the closest word I couod find for the charistic moistness when using chi seeds in baking products.. Keto breads just are not like the flour based ones. If any one has a solution , please share.

Absolutely love this bread
I was very skeptical about how these would taste, bake and how dense they’d be. I like wheat or multi grain breads normally but I don’t like how dry they are or how thick the texture can be.I did use the apple cider vinegar in baking these. They are light texture, light tasting and delicious. Nothing about them over powers the taste of the food you put on them. Very slight taste, compliments well. I have used them as sandwich and hamburger buns and no complaints.One tip I found helpful, when you pull the pan out of the oven, transfer to a bakers rack to cool and the bottoms will not get moist.

Great texture
I really like this bread. It has wonderful texture, not tough like some Keto breads. I’ll use as toast, sandwich bread and hamburger buns. I’ll be buying more.

you can use CARBQUICK and although thats not cheap either (48 oz for $15.00,Farm Girl bread $12 for 12oz.) you can do the same or more baking with it.
