The assembly did not fit properly and we needed to manipulate the screw holes to set up the frame. For the rest nice sturdy product for its priceHelpful and nice vendor ,who is willing to assist and listening

One of the nuts didn't fit during assembly due to improper provision, otherwise, was straightforward. Although the thing certainly doesn't feel like being worth 4.5k. 2-2.5 would have been a more realistic price.

I was sceptical about the shipping part to receive the product late or damaged but it worked out well and received it within a week and in good condition.It is easy to install and without the need of any installation service but you might need help of 2nd person just to hold it in right position to do the fittings.The product is sturdy, looks good and movable shelves have advantage. Overall value for money purchase.

Excellent quality. More than what I expected. But wheels and screws are missing. Box was damaged or intentionally opened. Picture enclosed . Not returning the product as I loved it . But please send me the missing items if possible

Can't expect such poor quality product thru Amazon with no return policy.

Though there was anxiety and confusion about a week/10 day delivery delay, the product arrived finally. The product looks as described and should be fine for usage in the future. Great.
