Good product. Light Flow
I bought these to try because I was tired of the disposable pads. I really wanted to try something re-usable and eco-friendly. These are much cheaper than the disposable pads but they are definitely for light flow breast milk. I only use these at home bc I am afraid of leaking through if in public. They are easy to clean and come with their own laundry bag. The bamboo product is very comfortable and breathable but will not hold a lot of milk. I find myself changing these twice a day to 3x if I have heavy let-down. They do slip around a tiny bit inside my nursing bra but not to The point I lose one. I would recommend these for light flow and not necessarily for night time.

Good for lighter letdown; best for night-time use
I used disposables for the first few weeks, but as my supply settled down and my letdowns got lighter I switched to these at night. I like them, but sometimes go through 3-4 per night as they get wet and should be changed out. So I would suggest getting two sets so you have enough to go more than 2 days between laundry. But it's a nice alternative to throwing away a bunch of pads every night/morning. I wouldn't wear them during the day--they don't last long or lay as smooth as the Lansinoh disposables.

Soft, but they will show through
So, I had the contoured washable nursing pads before these - the ones with a seam to make them more conical. Imagine my horror when I stretched the seam out on one of them to discover mold! I checked all my contoured nursing pads - and they all had it! I was absolutely disgusted and horrified. (I have to take at least partial blame for perhaps not taking as good of care of them as I should have.)Therefore, I purchased these because they had no seam in which mold could hide. They do a great job with that. They are soft. I mostly used these to catch night-time leaks. They don't stay in place super well, because of their shape. When they did stay in place, they caught all the leaks, though. But just be warned that because of their shape, they will not be subtle at all.

Amazing Product
These nursing pads are excellent! I bought these after giving birth 10 days ago. Even though I am not choosing to breast feed, my milk came in anyway. These breast pads are made of soft terry cloth. They are pretty thick and very absorbent. I have not leaked through my pads since I started using them. I do switch out the pads at the start of each day so maybe that is why. I highly recommend this 10pack for $9.99. It is a great deal. I have already cycled through them once in the washing machine and they still work like they are brand new. I will update if I experience any problems later on, but they are so well made that I really don't foresee any issues in the future.

Not as soft as I'd hoped
This is the second line of reusable nursing pads I've tried so far. (The other ones, which I prefer, were Bamboobies Ultra-Thin Washable Breast Pads for Nursing - Wrinkle Free.) As far as I can tell, I'm a light leaker—I have a newborn & generally only leak when nursing her.Pros:—They prevented my milk from leaking through my bra & shirt.—Solid construction.—Nice colors.—More sustainable than disposables!Cons:—When my milk dried after leaking, the pads stuck to my nipple (not something you want to happen when your nipples are already tender!)—Not as soft as the Bamboobies, BUT I've only washed & worn these once so far. Am interested to see if they really do get softer with repeated washes.Verdict:Good product, but I prefer the Bamboobies.UPDATE (2/19/2016): After a couple of washes, these pads do get softer and are considerably less likely to stick.

Not good. Wasted my money.
These pads feel like terry towel material on one side. They are soft enough, but overheat me. The worst part is they don’t stay put, since the backside of it is a very smooth material, not like bamboo at all. Therefore, my bra ends up getting soaked instead of the pads. I prefer the other natural bamboo ones that I purchased in store. Those stay put, don’t make me sweat, and catch any leaks perfectly. Save your money and buy another kind of nursing pad. At least the little laundry net is good, but these pads are a no for me.

Okay
These reusable nursing pads are not as absorbent as disposable pads. You can also feel the moisture. However, I’ve never really actually experienced any leaking out to my clothes. I decided to wear the disposable nursing pads during the day, and use these at night. They are very easy to wash, I just throw it into the washer with the rest of the laundry. They are also flat disk shape, so when worn it’s not really form fitting

Too thin
I’ve used these for all three of my kids. They are too thin though after I bought another better brand and compared the absorbency. Pretty colors but don’t last overnight. They get soaked. Then I’m soaked. I’ve had to throw away some from mold issues but that’s probably an issue with all reusable nursing pads. I also had all three of my kids develop thrush as newborns and their pediatrician said disposable nursing pads were better. Once I bleached them their thrush improved with medicine.
