AFA Stainless 33" Kitchen Sink and Pull Down Faucet Combo

The media could not be loaded. The sink is made of such thin metal that I had to return the first one because it was dented, and the faucet is awful. After a few months, the sink faucet began to drip from the nozzle edges and the water flow reduced by a lot. I tried to see if the nozzle could be cleaned, but it's not removable. Now I'm stuck with a faucet that sits up behind my installed sink and a major pain to remove, because the sink bowl is very deep, making it impossible to reach the faucet to remove and replace. I would never recommend this cheap sink and faucet combo to anyone unless you only want three months of use.

I have this sink and faucet package and it worked great for about 4 months. Then the water flow from the faucet became very erratic, sometimes strong and other times very weak. It would sometimes start out strong and if you opened the faucet handle more, the water flow reduced to a trickle.When contacting AFA customer service no one ever answered the phone, only giving you a message to leave your number and they will call you back. I have called 4 times and nobody at AFA has ever called back. Is this company legitimate?I'm now stuck with a defective faucet and no customer service.

I purchased a sink and faucet kit. The faucet head worked great for 6 months and now water trickles out of the faucet. I have tried to reach out to AFA customer service and all I get is a voice message stating they will return my call. I have yet to receive a call bacjk from customer service. I have been unsuccessfull in finding a replacement head for the faucet.

I purchased this sink 4 mo. ago and now I'm getting problems. the faucet water pressure is down to nothing. I tried to contact AFA for answers, no one calls back. How is this company able to sell this product when they can't back it up?What recourse do I have?

The water flow has reduced to a trickle. Phone calls and emails go unanswered.
