I live in NYC and we're now required to wear masks if we have to go out to enhance "social distancing" during the coronavirus crisis. All the disposable masks seemed to have long backorder dates but I had seen the video online showing how to use bandanas and ponytail holders. Simple to make, no sewing required and they cover well. (and when this is over I can use them to tie back my long hair) They are a little thinner than the bandanas I already had but I'm giving them 5 stars because you can't beat the price I paid for these...less than $1.00 apiece... and so far they've held up in the wash. Having a dozen makes it easy to wash them after every use and still have plenty left and it only takes a second to fashion a good cover for our noses and lower face. Never would have thought I'd be wearing bandanas as a mask but they work and though they're not the same as wearing an N95 mask they're thicker than the dust masks made in China. Even my husband didn't mind putting this on because the size could be adjusted and they didn't hurt his ears using the big, thick covered elastic ponytail holders.

As spring and summer approaches I wanted a simple, non damaging way to pull back/up my long hair. There are 12 bright colors. They are a bit thin - which is ok with the purpose I intend to use them for- and appear to be a nice quality with stitching around all edges. They are a 22" square and little stiff. They smell a bit weird but I'm sure that will come out with a wash. 100% cotton. I'm happy with my purchase and I highly recommend these unless you need a thick bandana - in which case I think you would be disappointed.If you found my review helpful please click on the helpful button below my review. These scarfs are cotton, more you wash the softer they become. I kive in Hawaii I am out on our property a lot. I tie these scarfs on ny head. They look cute and keeps the sweat rolling down my face

These are vibrant colors that stay after washes. Only draw back in my opinion is the made in China stamp on the edge of the print. I don't really want to display that but mostly I use them while working outside so it's inconsequential.

If you are looking for quantity of bandannas for a good price these are for you. That’s what I was looking for especially since they are 100% cotton. While they look like the picture the print is not the same front and back. The cotto. Is scratchy but has improved a little from several washes. These bandanas are not squares so when you fold them up to wear on your head they don’t line up. Again price is great, but if want better texture and symmetry you might want to look at another option

As many others have said, I did not receive the colors shown in the picture which I found both disappointing and misleading. No purple, light pink, light blue, or medium blue which were the four colors I wanted most. Instead I got red, orange, yellow, two virtually identical dark pinks, navy blue, slightly darker navy blue, gray, royal blue, brown, black and white. Colors seem bright though! Also as noted, thin and a little scratchy. Maybe washing will help? They'll probably get the job done.
