The media could not be loaded.  This was a dangerous product. While my therapist was in treatment at my home. She just went out of the room to get something - the water started to leak. I reported it as week this happened. I felt supplier was not ready to help. So I have decided to report this to Amazon today as it’s not right that we should pay for products that do not work and can hurt us. Also the water bowl does not even stay connected. I am little late to report it. But haye! We have thousands of other important things to do.
