I was little skeptical at first wondering if it’ll work( since I’ve tried some of the lower priced belts), but the materials used for the belt is much better and the pump actually has a pressure gauge that the other belts lacked.I bought the belt because I’m on my feet all day and pulled my back a couple of times with little relief even after acupuncture, massages and physical therapy.I tried the belt for the first time and felt instant relief but was still skeptical since the other belts did just about the same but never lasted. I wanted to wait a couple of days after wearing the belt to see if the relief would really last, so far it’s exceeded my expectations. I did some yard work today and bent over with and without the belt and my back didn’t give out or have that locking feeling that I would have usually felt.The belt works great and it hides well under clothes (the other belts were a bulkier and I would get constantly questioned or commented).I’m a fan and would recommend it for lasting relief.

Incredible decompression brace. I'm extremely pleased with the results obtained in treating a herniated disc. After 3 days the discomfort I had been tolerating for many years is almost completely eliminated. The correct size and proper fitting is essential......watch the video. I find wearing the brace 2 hours on, 2 hours off, and again for 2 hours as providing the best results. Combined with daily back stretching exercises, you will be exceptionally pleased.

I recently had my first child. I started to develop some back pain during my pregnancy and powered through it with rest, stretching and some back wraps, but near the time of birth, the pain really ramped up. I was hoping it would get better after the birth, but it gradually grew worse.Rest and stretching wasn’t enough, so I tried a few of the cheaper, similar belts on amazon and none of them worked for me. My husband convinced me that we should try a higher quality product - you often get what you pay for, right? Boy, was he right.The way the decompression belt fits my spine is perfect. With some of the other belts, like Dr. Ho’s, it just did not fit my curves right - it just felt so “flat” and wasn’t much more effective than my trusty old back wrap. But with this DDS belt, it’s been so effective that I can even nurse my baby comfortably while wearing it and have almost none of the back pain after having used it for a few weeks.My husband was so impressed that he is going to also order one for his back aches - we’re so glad to have found a quality belt that works! :)

Don’t want to live without it now!! I have a drawer full of braces but this one is “A Real Help”!! My lower back is getting decompressed relieving pain by quite a lot. I can carefully take my dogs on a short walk (I use a Rolater waljer with the leash over one handle. But even with the walker I don’t have the ability to walk a half block without this great brace! I will have my surgery in 2020. Until then this brace is a quality of life saver!

To emphasize how decompression supposed to work it’s pulling more than half of your weight from your lower body part. These inflatable belts that can be squeezed with two fingers are nothing more but a hype.

Received with perfect size and condition. I'll start to use it daily and back with review update. Seems it works perfectly.soo early for judgment.After 22 days of using this DDS 300 " at 14 psi as a max pressure" some upper air cells from back side are MERGED and PUFFED , and my 300$ brace starts to LOSE PRESSURE gradually. 300$ for 22 days of using only!!!!Note: I used it only for several hours daily and never cross the recommended pressure.Useful brace but BAD QUALITY.

The DDS 300 works as advertised and relieves my back pain. Due to the short length of time that the brace has been available to me, I can't say what the long term effects will be on the pain. Right now it does alleviate the pain when I wear it according to the enclosed instructions. The brace is comfortable and will start relieving the pain almost immediately.

I have worn mine at least an hour every day. I’ve had it for 10 years. I have an arthritic lumbar, this brace gives great relief.
