The best pizza crust ever!
I have been using this great pizza crust for more than a year. Now I make 2 crust packages each time so I can put extra crusts in the freezer. I originally started making these for my son and grandson who are GF for medical reasons. Now I make the crusts for the entire family (7) because we love them! I make 4 small crusts (in pressed into cake pans) rather than two large because we all like different toppings! I freeze them after the first bake and they are ready for topping on our weekly pizza night. We like them thin and crispy, so I bake them right on the rack with foil under to catch any cheese that might drip. Easy to clean up and even the picky 4-year old grandson who wouldn't eat other pizza likes this one.

Best GF pizza dough I've found
I've tried a number of GF pizza dough mixes and some of my own. None of them compare with this mix. It's flavor is good but mostly the texture is good. There isn't that, sometimes grainy texture you find with GF. My grocery store stopped carrying Mama's so we tried a pre made dough in a tub, I won't mention the brand, but we took one bite of the pizza and spit it out and only ate the toppings. So I went online and found that I could get Mama's sent to my home. I also prepare the dough, use half and freeze the 2nd half in the pizza package (because it seals). If you are unable to tolerate gluten this is a great choice for you. In my opinion

Best GF crust out there.
I can't believe this crust has so few reviews. It is the best GF pizza crust I've had (including restaurant crusts) in my 8 years with celiac disease. You can also make amazing breadsticks that pull and chew like 'real' bread. I make small individual-size pizza crusts (half-baked in pie or cake pans) and keep them in my freezer at all times. Then you can top and pop them in an oven or toaster oven for 10 more minutes and have perfect pizza. My non-celiac family also happily eats this crust - makes such delicious pizza! I can't recommend it enough.

Great product but 2 of 6 were damaged
I actually love this mix enough to have purchased a case of six, but when I opened the box my kitchen was covered with the loose mix that exploded from the box due to two open bags. Obviously, two unusable bags made it a less than great price, but It's my own fault for not complaining promptly. I might have received a refund, but I lagged and wasn't going to mention it further--when I got the request for feedback, just figured I'd share. Delivery aside, Gluten Free Mama products are wonderful.

Healthy and Delicious
The whole family loves this crust. So easy to make and it's become our weekly pizza dinner. The dough rises perfectly and there is no odd flavor that earlier gluten free mixes used to have. If you didn't know this was a gluten free dough you wouldn't have been able tell the difference. You can make a nice thick dough or divide it in half and make 2 thin crust pizzas. Somebody ought to tell Dominos Pizza about this crust so they could offer a decent gluten free pizza instead of their extremely thin tough cardboard crust.

Best GF pizza crust
This make a good Gluten Free crust. I do turn the oven up to 425* to 450*, rather than the 400* it states. I find it cooks best on a cast iron pizza pan. Gluten free crusts are half cooked before putting sauce and toppings on. After the first bake, we run the crust over before putting toppings on---this makes for a crispier outside crust.

Yum!
My wife and I have tried quite the many GF crust mixes, and i must say, though this one requires a bit more additional ingredients/work than the others, it is also comes out the absolute best. With a pizza stone, I honestly have a hard time telling that this is a gluten free crust!

This crust has both a pleasant taste and crispy textured. The first time I had it at a friend's house, I did not realize it was gluten free. Because I wanted to reduce my own gluten intake I ordered this for when we make pizza's at home.
